NGO apologises after accusing Santhara of blocking aid

Non-governmental organisation (NGO) Pusat Perkembangan Didik Istimewa Cekal has apologised after earlier accusing Segamat MP Edmund Santhara Kumar Ramanaidu of blocking aid for an accident survivor.
