Oct 8 hearing for RM16m suit involving Baling MP's family
The hearing of the government's forfeiture suit against the family members of former Tabung Haji chairperson Abdul Azeez Abdul Rahim and their company has been rescheduled to Oct 8.
In the forfeiture suit filed in September 2019, the government is applying to forfeit almost RM16 million from the accounts belonging to Abdul Azeez's wife Khadijah Mohd Noor, their four children, and a shop lot in Bandar Sunway, Selangor owned by the company.
