M'sia only country giving comprehensive moratorium, estimated RM80b - Zafrul

The six-month loan moratorium offered through the National People's Well-Being and Economic Recovery Package (Pemulih) is estimated to bring relief of up to RM80 billion to individual and business borrowers, said Finance Minister Tengku Zafrul Abdul Aziz.

He said the granting of the moratorium was only a temporary measure, part of the National Recovery Plan (NRP) initiative.
