Rental exemption gives much-needed relief to school canteen operators

The Ministry of Education's (MOE) move to give a six-month rental exemption to canteens and other premises and spaces at schools under its administration affected by school closures, from this month, has given much-needed relief to those concerned.

For them, it helps to reduce their financial burden after not being able to run a business due to school closures.
