Sarawak's shift to Phase 2 not a hasty decision, says DCM

The decision to shift to Phase 2 of the movement control order under the National Recovery Plan (NRP) is not a hasty one for Sarawak, said Deputy Chief Minister Douglas Uggah Embas today.
