Man shot dead after attacking police with machete

A man was shot dead when he ran amok and attacked the police with a machete in an incident in Jalan Kaki Bukit, Padang Besar yesterday.

Padang Besar district police chief Supt Saifudin Aslin Abbas said a police team was responding to a domestic violence report about 5.30pm at a house there.
