Home Ministry launches multilingual chatbot to help trafficking victims

The Home Ministry has launched an interactive, multilingual chatbot for victims of human trafficking to contact the Council for Anti-Trafficking in Persons and Anti-Smuggling of Migrants (Mapo).

A chatbot simulates human conversation through voice commands, text chats, or both.
