Zahid is not criminally liable over CBT charges, argues his lawyer

The prosecution has failed to prove a prima facie case in all 12 charges of criminal breach of trust (CBT) against Ahmad Zahid Hamidi involving Yayasan Akalbudi funds as his former aide had control and custody over the cheque books belonging to Yayasan and the former deputy prime minister, the High Court was told today.
