204 Raub durian farmers granted leave in suit against Pahang govt
Two hundred and four durian farmers from Raub were granted court leave to commence a legal challenge against the Pahang state government’s attempt to evict them.
They also obtained an order from the Court of Appeal allowing them to remain on their orchards, pending disposal of two judicial review applications against the state government’s decision to implement a "legalisation scheme".
