Muslim preacher Zamri seeks to strike out two Hindu groups' lawsuit

Muhammad Zamri Vinoth Kalimuthu has filed to strike out a lawsuit by two Hindu groups seeking for the police to detain and investigate the Muslim preacher.

His lawyers filed the striking-out bid at the Kuala Lumpur High Court yesterday, on cited grounds, among others, that the suit does not disclose a reasonable cause of action, and is embarrassing, frivolous, and vexatious.
