BN to appoint 5 state reps if it wins two-thirds in Malacca polls

BN has pledged to amend the Malacca state constitution to allow for the appointment of five state assemblypersons if the coalition wins two-thirds of the 28-seat state legislature in the upcoming polls.

BN chairperson Ahmad Zahid Hamidi said Malacca voters are convinced that only the coalition would be able to return stability to the state and to Malaysia as a whole.
