Tuan Ibrahim will attend COP26 after all

The cabinet has decided to send Water and Environment Minister Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man to the 26th Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP26) in Glasgow, Scotland.

He will also ratify for Malaysia two declarations to protect the environment...
