The State Disaster Management Committee (JPBN) in a statement said 294 of the cases had mild or no symptoms.

“The new cases today have brought the cumulative number to 248,233.

“Among the localities recording a high number of cases today are Kuching with 96, followed by Miri (51), Sibu (33) and Serian (29),” it said.

It added that eight more deaths from Covid-19 were recorded in Sarawak between Oct 14 and Nov 15 while there were still eight active clusters.
