MACC arrests managing director, engineer over RM250k false claims
The Johor Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) has detained a managing director of a company and an engineer for allegedly submitting false claims worth more than RM250,000 for a temporary bridge construction project in Segamat, six years ago.
According to a source, the men, aged 41 and 52, were picked up at the MACC office in Johor Bahru about 7pm yesterday.
