10 ex-Mara Corp senior directors, executives file unfair dismissal case

Ten former Mara Corporation senior directors and executives have gone to the Industrial Court over their alleged unfair dismissal.

In a media statement today, their lawyers from law firm Messrs Bhavanash Sharma said that the dismissals via Mara Corp's cessation of employment letter dated Jan 28 last year was "unjust and unlawful".
