Elderly man consented to Covid-19 vaccine, rash is shingles - authorities

The Perak Health Department today denied claims that it had administered the Covid-19 vaccine to an elderly man without informed consent.

This comes after the man’s granddaughter claimed a Klinik Kesihatan Padang Rengas medical officer did so, resulting in the man’s skin to flare up in what appeared to be rashes and boils.
