Brief grounds for 'basikal lajak' case judgment

On Wednesday (April 13), the Johor Bahru High Court sentenced 27-year-old clerk Sam Ke Ting to six years in prison and a fine of RM6,000.

Judge Abu Bakar Katar also rejected the defence’s application for a stay of execution, ordering them to secure leave to appeal from the Court of Appeal first.
