Cops arrest second man who attacked foreign student after catcalling her

Police have arrested the second man suspected of attacking an international student after she used her mobile phone to record them catcalling her.

Sentul district police headquarters chief Beh Eng Lai said the 34-year-old suspect was arrested at the Taman Beringin people's housing project, Jinjang Utara, in Kepong at 11.20am today.
