Police probing lawyers for violating SOP on rallies

Police are investigating lawyers for standard operating procedure (SOP) violations after they gathered in Kuala Lumpur today to march for judicial independence which was aborted after authorities prevented them from making their move.

In a statement, Dang Wangi district police chief Noor Dellhan Yahaya said the probe is under Regulations 6 and 7 of the National Recovery Plan's transition to the endemic phase.
