Deutsche Bank told to expedite US$1b transfer for Najib, court hears

The High Court in Kuala Lumpur today was told that Deutsche Bank (M) Berhad was pressed to speed up the transfer of US$1 billion from 1MDB as then prime minister Najib Razak wanted to make a press statement on the 1MDB joint-venture project with PetroSaudi International Ltd.
