PM cites 'freeloading' foreigners to justify reduced chicken subsidy

Prime Minister Ismail Sabri Yaakob said the reduced chicken price subsidy is to enable the money to be channelled directly to the rakyat through the Bantuan Keluarga Malaysia (BKM) cash aid.
