Military vets get leave in legal challenge over registering party

The Kuala Lumpur High Court is set to hear the merits of a legal bid by military veterans to compel the Home Ministry to decide on their application to register their political party.

Judge Ahmad Kamal Md Shahid this morning granted leave to the founders of Parti Kemakmuran Negara to proceed with its judicial review.
