Stealing Milo packets: Mother's sentence set aside, court orders retrial

The High Court in Kuala Terengganu has set aside the 14 months jail sentence on a mother of four for allegedly stealing two packets of Milo worth RM74 early this month, and ordered a retrial of the case.
Suhaini Mohd pleaded not guilty when the charge was read in the Marang Magistrate's Court and was allowed bail at RM8,000.
