Blogger fined RM4,500 for posting offensive comment on Agong

Blogger Aspan Alias was fined RM4,500 by the Sessions Court in Kuala Lumpur today for improper use of network facilities by posting an offensive comment against the Yang di-Pertuan Agong on his Facebook.

Judge Nor Hasniah Ab Razak meted out the fine, in default six months jail, on Aspan, 70, after he changed his plea to guilty when the case came up for mention.
