15 quizzed by police over Turun protest

Fifteen individuals who participated in the Turun protest on food prices on Saturday were called for questioning at the Dang Wangi district police headquarters today.

Those summoned included Muda’s deputy-president Amira Aisya Abd Aziz, vice-president Dr Thanussha Francis Xavier, secretary-general Amir Abdul Hadi, and Perak chief Muthalib Uthman.
