Grab says no base fare reduction, riders' lower income due to 'technical glitch'

Ahead of a planned 24-hour strike by food delivery riders, Grab Malaysia said a reduction in income faced by a "small group" of its delivery partners last month was due to a technical glitch which has been rectified.
