Kedah PAS confident of making gains in state assembly

Kedah PAS has expressed confidence that it will win at least 22 seats in the state legislative assembly, up from the current 15, said state party chief Muhammad Sanusi Md Nor.

Speaking to reporters after the launch of the Kedah PAS election machinery today, Sanusi, who is also the menteri besar, alluded that Umno was now weakened in the state.
