Najib's lawyer has three days to prep oral submissions

Najib Abdul Razak's counsel Hisyam Teh Poh Teik reiterated that he will not be making oral submissions when proceedings resume on Tuesday (Aug 23).

However, Chief Justice Tengku Maimun Tuan Mat said the Federal Court will still give him the opportunity to prepare oral submissions.
