MOHE to leave alleged stolen PhD research case to UM, police - minister

The Higher Education Ministry (MOHE) will leave the case of a foreign PhD student who claimed that his research was stolen by a Universiti Malaya (UM) supervisor, which went viral on social media recently, to UM and police for further action.
