Johor ruler in legal battle with contractors down under

Johor ruler Sultan Ibrahim Sultan Iskandar is involved in a legal battle with his contractor over his new riverfront mansion in Perth, Australia.

According to The Australian, the contractor, Maek Residences, is claiming breach of contract. The report said the Johor ruler had filed a counterclaim.
