Cuepacs: Govt department owes RM32m in Socso for contract staff

The Congress of Unions of Employees in the Public and Civil Services (Cuepacs) has urged a government department to make the Social Security Organisation (Socso) contributions for its contract and temporary staff.

Cuepacs president Adnan Mat said the government department had failed to make the Socso contributions from 2013 until 2020 with a total of RM32,151,063.80 in arrears.
