Born a ‘Merdeka baby’ but forced to struggle for ‘independence’ throughout his teenage years, now 20-year-old Muhammad Omar Mokhtar Abdul Rahman can finally join the upcoming Malaysia Day celebrations as a full-fledged citizen.
