Sexual assault claim: Yusoff Rawther files appeal
BernamaA former research assistant to Anwar Ibrahim, Muhammed Yusoff Rawther has appealed against a High Court‘s decision which dismissed his application to cancel several paragraphs in the PKR president's statement of defence and counterclaim.
Lawyer Mahajoth Singh, representing Yusoff (above), said the appeal was filed at the Court of Appeal on Sept 28.
