NGOs urge states to stop issuing mining licences in forest reserves
Several non-governmental organisations in the country have urged the Kedah, Perak, Kelantan, and Pahang state governments to stop issuing licences and cancel mining activities in Permanent Reserved Forests (PRF) areas.
