Tempers flare over 'Anwar for PM' letter to palace, MCA wants Zahid out

BN chairperson Ahmad Zahid Hamidi came under fire at the coalition’s supreme council meeting last night over a letter he sent to Istana Negara, according to sources.

Although BN Comms dismissed the letter, which expressed BN lawmakers’ support for Anwar Ibrahim to be the next prime minister, as fake, MIC president SA Vigneswaran confirmed it was genuine.
