Passengers stranded for 8 hours: Loke instructs Malindo to apologise

Transport Minister Anthony Loke has instructed low-cost airline Malindo Air to reach out to all passengers reportedly stranded at KLIA on Friday night after their flight to Kuching was delayed for over eight hours.
Taking to Twitter, Loke responded to a disgruntled passenger who recorded a video of his complaints against Malindo, now known as Batik Air.
