S'gor state reps defend ‘discriminatory’ PJ bus fare for foreigners

Following allegations of discriminatory policies, Petaling Jaya MP Lee Chean Chung is set to meet the city’s mayor Mohamad Azhan Md Amir “as soon as possible” on the issue of foreign PJ City Bus riders being charged an RM0.90 fee beginning Jan 15.

Lee relayed this when contacted by Malaysiakini regarding claims of this move being discriminatory to foreigners, adding that he would not comment on the matter until after the meeting.
