Cops nab duo for slashing restaurant waiter in Cheras

Two local men aged 44 and 47 were arrested early yesterday on suspicion of slashing a restaurant waiter in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, on Tuesday (Jan 17) morning.

Kajang District Police chief ACP Mohd Zaid Hassan said that in the 9.25am incident at a restaurant in Taman Segar Perdana, the 46-year-old waiter suffered a fractured bone in his left index finger and injuries on his right knee as a result of being slashed by the two suspects.
