Police wrapping up probe into teen footballer conversion claims

Police are wrapping up their investigation into a case where the mother of a teen footballer accused her son’s teacher of encouraging him to embrace Islam.

Cheras district police chief Zam Halim Jamaluddin said the probe is at its final stage and they expect to submit the investigation paper to the deputy public prosecutor this Thursday.
