DBKL may station enforcement officers at Selayang wholesale market
Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) will conduct a detailed study on the proposal to station its law enforcers daily at the Selayang Wholesale Market and Kuala Lumpur Wholesale Market.
Kuala Lumpur Mayor Mahadi Che Ngah said the stationing of enforcement officers in the two markets, if implemented, could deter illegal traders from the Rohingya community from operating in the areas, where enforcement officers have conducted raids several times.
