Penang to appoint 'Adun angkat' following seats vacancy

The Penang government will allow the appointment of “Adun angkat” (adopted assemblypersons) who will consist of several members of the state legislative assembly following the vacancy of Seberang Jaya, Sungai Acheh, Bertam and Teluk Bahang seats.
