Debtors enslaved by illegal moneylenders to harass other borrowers

Police have arrested two men and two women in connection with three cases of cars being vandalised in Penang on April 30, which were linked to illegal moneylenders (along).

The two men were apparently debtors to along from Singapore and were forced to harass other borrowers after failing to repay their own debts of RM1,000 to RM2,000...
