'Datuk Roy', MACC officer charged over offence linked to Muhyiddin's son

A businessperson known as ‘Datuk Roy’ and an MACC officer claimed trial to two graft charges involving alleged inducement not to remand former prime minister Muhyiddin Yassin’s son.

Before the Sessions Court in Kuala Lumpur this morning, the man - whose real name is Mohd Hussein Mohd Nasir (above) - and Mohd Rasyidi Mohd Said made the plea to the joint charges that mentioned Fakhri Yassin Mahiaddin.

It is understood that Fakhri Yassin was never arrested by the MACC.
