Penang LRT construction expected to start earlier - Loke

The implementation of Penang's first light rail transit (LRT) project is expected to commence earlier.

This comes after the federal and state governments agreed to build an LRT depot on existing land on Penang island as opposed to the previous plan to construct it on a reclaimed island as part of the Penang South Island project.
