Ahmad Maslan: Umno blueprint not to rival Malay Proclamation

The proposal for Umno to come up with a blueprint championing the Malay agenda to regain the party’s confidence is not to rival the Malay Proclamation movement launched by former prime minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad.
