Lawyer: Give 'deep state' amnesty for truth on Beng Hock, May 13

A lawyer has proposed that the government give the "deep state" legal amnesty in exchange for the truth on various sensitive cases, such as Teoh Beng Hock's death, the disappearance of pastor Raymond Koh, and the racial riots on May 13, 1969.
