More Indians in TVET programmes, Anwar assures

The government has assured that it will increase the entry of Indian students in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) programmes to alleviate poverty in the community.

Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim said he was informed of this by Deputy Prime Minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi as chairperson of the National TVET Council, which he added is currently working on the matter.
