IGP defends 3am arrest, says Sanusi 'rejected' calls from cops

Police detained caretaker Kedah menteri besar Muhammad Sanusi Md Nor at 3am today after he failed to answer their phone calls, according to Inspector-General of Police Razarudin Husain.
