Rumah Bonda's bid for review of seal order reverted to High Court
The Court of Appeal today ordered the judicial review application by Pertubuhan Kebajikan Rumah Bonda Kuala Lumpur (Rumah Bonda) to challenge the Federal Territory Social Welfare Department’s action in sealing its premises to be reverted for hearing at the High Court.
