MCMC says guided by CMA, 'no comment' on cases under probe
Alyaa AlhadjriThe Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) has maintained that it is guided by provisions of the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998 in carrying out a wide range of functions.
It said its functions include to prevent the commission or attempted commission of an offence under any written law of the country.
